Shufaa was just 10 years old when, abused and neglected by her stepmother, she ran away. After spending time on the streets, we were able to trace her mother and support them to be reunified. We also helped Shufaa to return to education and provide school supplies. Today, with the support, nurture and love of a family, Shufaa is thriving. She now wakes up feeling excited to be home and is working hard at school.
