PROJECT TEAM LEAD - STREET OUTREACH AND CHILD PROTECTION
We have the opportunity for you to join us in the role of Project Team Lead in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
The role of the Project Team Lead will report to the Project Manager and their role will be to provide support supervision to project staff working under the street outreach programme.
They will oversee the planning of day-to-day activities and ensure projects relating to Street Outreach Work and Child Protection / Safeguarding are being implemented to a good standard.
This role will also complete weekly and monthly implementation reports which will be submitted to the Project Manager, and directly supervise all social workers in the street outreach department.

COMMUNICATIONs OFFICER
We have the opportunity for you to join us in the full-time role of Communications Officer in the Advocacy department, covering communications for Railway Children Africa (RCA) and working in Dar es Salaam.
Reporting to the Strategic Liason Manager and working closely with the Advocacy Officer and members of the Programme Teams, the Communications Officer will support improvement and implementation of the communications strategy and play a strategic role in key aspects of RCA’s communications work to ensure the story of RCA, and its work, is told in a powerful, engaging and consistent way to increase their reach, impact and visibility.
The Communications Officer will be expected to produce content in English and Swahili and oversee the translation of key communication products as required.

PROJECT MANAGER

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, day-to-day management, quality assurance and reporting requirements of the Kesho Bora project. They will also ensure that the specified deliverables are met both within the budget and time frame allocated.
This role will directly supervise the Team Lead (Street and Family), Team Lead (Economic Strengthening) and Project Officer – Monitoring and Evaluation.
